I’m somewhat of an expert on martial arts. And by expert I mean that I really do know karate, so if you step to me and take a swing with your LEFT hand only or make the mistake of grabbing me in one of about 12 very specific ways, I will totally fuck your world up.
But I’m not writing this to brag about my ninja-like prowess. No, I was recently reminded of how in class there was always someone who would let one rip during warm-ups. Either that or throw a roundhouse kick and would do what sounded like the equivilent of shitting his/her pants.
That led me to this video and the rest, as they say, is history.

You are on crack courtney - regis does not push back on his chair at all nor does the arm lift. You can even hear him ’sigh’ a little after the fart. And kelly’s laugh is fantastic. ANd he’s obviously embarrassed by it. Just own it!
