10 (mostly) A-List Actresses As Strippers

You know it trips me out how personal people take these lists. On my list for “10 of the Most Disgusting Scenes” I saw a comment someone made somewhere that said, “This should be called 10 Disgusting Scenes some guy with a blog could find on Youtube.”
Ummm…yeah…exactly.
I’m no film critic. Hell, I’m not even a super-hardcore film buff. I am exactly what that comment said…A guy with a blog who like movies, women, fucked up shit and sharing. We’ve all sat around with our friends and said things like, “Oh man, remember that scene in….where they….”. That’s all I’m doing here.
So with that being said, here are ten clips I came up with of (mostly) A-list actresses in stripper scenes.
10. Elisha Cuthbert
Girl Next Door
Ok, so this isn’t technically a stripper scene, but I’ve been married ten years. I’ve watched a woman get undressed at least once a day for ten years now and I am here to tell you one thing…women don’t get undressed seductively and especially not in front of an open window. That makes this a striptease in my book.
9. Jessica Simpson
Dukes of Hazzard
Again, not technically a stripper scene. She does however start the scene with clothes and takes them off seductively. Close enough for me.
8. Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu
Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle
I really thought this movie was stupid as hell, but this scene went a good ways to making up for it.
7. Demi Moore
Striptease
The problem with mainstream actresses playing strippers is that they never want to get butt-naked. They want to be all authentic and shit, but not THAT authentic.
6. Natalie Portman
Closer
Since Natalie Portman played Princess Leia’s mother, I can’t help but imagine her doing a striptease with a pink wig and the slave leia outfit now. UPDATE with better clip of Natalie stripping thanks to Digg user iansuggs for pointing out the error!
6. Jamie Lee Curtis

Don’t forget you can see her glorious breasticles in freedom from that pesky bra in Trading Places.

What do you mean she’s not an A-list actress? She was in Saved By The Bell wasn’t she?? Can you tell me what the fuck Zack is doing now? UPDATE: I stand corrected. Apparently Zack is doing alright. I still don’t want to see him strip though…

Good list…I thought it was great when you put salma hayek twice…right when I saw the first one I was like what about the scene in dogma…and then my wishes were granted. Also, you are definitly correct about Jessica Alba being the hottest women in Hollywood…I have been thinking that since she was in Idle Hands like 8 years ago…its great that she is now mainstream.
Also, I am not sure if you were serious or not, but I thought Zack was on NYPD Blue for a while, don’t know what he is doin now…but I am not sure if that was a rhetorical question or not and I only got like 2 hours of sleep last night, so I am not totally all here…time to take a nap.

In an interview for Sin City Alba said:
“JESSICA: [laughs] I then found out she was a stripper, and she was bottomless and topless. You know, nudity was an option. We could have done it if we wanted to…”
Probably a good idea to not do it nude since noone would be able to remember what happened after that scene. She is one sexy dancer with a great bod, but for my money Salma’s snake dance is the more erotically explosive.
BTW Robert Rodriguez directed both of those films as well as Desperado which had another smokin’ scene with Salma in it.

Your list is pretty good overall. But, I woud have chosen Salma Hayek (From Dusk ’til Dawn) as #1 and Jamie Lee Curtis ( True Lies) as #2.
Both as just amazing sexy women. But, I’m bias to Salma!

Alba was actually willing to be topless for Sin City. She read the comic, and understood that it was kind of essential to the role. But the director didn’t want people to see the movie “just because Jessica Alba takes her top off.” I hate that man so much.

None of these are bad, but how can you not include Marisa Tomei in Wrestler. A little older, perhaps, but smokin’ hot, and willing to show herself as an older stripper trying to still make it. All I know is that if women like that worked at the local strip joint, I’d go a LOT more often.
